- Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, check-out is possible from 8:00
AM to 10:00 AM. - A 30% prepayment of the stay value is required. The remaining 70% is payable up to one month before arrival.
- If payment is not recorded within 7 days from the reservation date, the booking will be cancelled.
- A tourist tax will be charged upon check-in - according to the rate of the Sianów Municipality.
- Guests are required to present documents confirming the child's age.
- All registered Guests are required to wear an identification wristband.
- A cashless system operates on the premises, payments are made using wristbands.
Please note that from September to June, especially on weekends, occasional celebrations, group meetings, or organized events may take place at our facility. Therefore, on selected evenings, there may be elevated noise levels related to such events.
We also inform that on weekends our facility often hosts sports groups and camps, which may book the gym exclusively or use it at specified times.
